Long Overview:

It is a narrow pedestrian path, constructed by Lt. Coaker in 1872,The major attraction of this place is the Telescope House that offers beautiful view of valley and its nearby towns. There’s no plastic allowed on the pathway, a rule flagrantly flaunted by locals, and a small observatory with telescope at the southern end.

The 5km lake circuit is pleasant in the early morning when you can observe the kingfishers. One must be aware of a fascinating phenomenon called 'Brachem Spectre' . A very lucky person can see his shadow on the clouds with a rainbow halo, when sun is behind and cloud and mist is in his front.. The views from Pillar Rocks a 7km hike is  also excellent. Greenlands Youth Hostel and Villa Retreat can provides guided walks, and guides can also be arranged through the tourist office.

Travelers & honeymooners in Coaker's Walk enjoy the lovely valley views from the telescope house or it can be seen when you on walk here. Apart from summer valleys are covered with fog & clouds. While walking you will find small fruit shop, cloth stores, small eateries for snacks & tea.
